Add The Mask to Freak Fortess 2

From the boss -in-game description
"The Mask:\nMask from the movie The Mask with Jim Carrey:\nSuper Jump: alt-fire, look up and stand up.\nRage (teleport + ambassador): taunt when the Rage Meter is full."

Basically the same as gentlespy but we don't have gentlespy on the server so this is a unique ability!
