Approved [FF2] Add back Hatsune Miku

ironic that i was the one who got them removed -- i know
but i've modified her to not outrun her hitbox and not be as absurdly unfun to fight against as she was in her pre-removal state. she's still the glass cannon she's always been, but now you can actually fight her and have fun.
