He constantly talks on Mic and he randomly votemuted me (succseffully). people thought he would get muted but instead he started a vote to mute me.

I'm sure the votemute only lasts for 30 minutes but it"s kind of annoying. I'd appreciate it if you can unmute me and if you can take action against Juggernaut.

Nevertheless I did nothing wrong. You can read the chatlogs of the US2 server. I joined it and he was micspamming. He probably still talks on the mic.
I had to leave the server since being on a trade server without being able to make trade ads is pointless.

Also, there's a difference between mute and gag. You can do either mute, gag, or mute/gag. Gag will prevent text chat, Mute will prevent mic. For only 30 minutes I'm going to leave it

What's the lesson learned: Don't join Skial servers!

I was gagged then. I didn't know there was a difference.

Him mic spamming seems to be completele accetable to you! And starting a random vote, too.

For sure I won't report anything anymore.

Seriously, it's a votemute. Yes, FearlessJuggernaut is an obnoxious redneck, but I have to defend him here because it's 30 minutes dude, admins usually don't take any action against minor stuff like this unless someone can provide evidence because it's just not worth the time to investigate.

please take a demo next time so you can submit his abuse in a proper format with evidence

please don't micspam and abuse votemenu because you will get yourself banned

please do something against Fearless for starting a frivolous vote mute

Again, it's not, they're just too minor to put any real effort into for investigation, so unless you've got evidence with you I don't think most admins care.

There's no evidence of micspam. It isn't OK to micspam, but I need to see evidence rather than one person who got vote muted coming to the forums and complaining with no real evidence. I checked the logs and I don't see anything so hence why I'm not going to do anything. If you want to abuse it and people report it with evidence you'll get banned.

If you had moved your ass into the server then you would have seen him micspamming - live.
 
hi there, if you record a demo while someone is micspamming the spam will also be recorded. that is legit proof of what happened.
right now there is no proof. sorry mate.

If you had gone through the regular reporting tool in-game I would have, but I'm less inclined to help someone who's abrasive and you told me to look at the chat logs, which I did. I didn't see anything so I didn't see a reason to go in-game. I asked you to provide evidence and you came back with lip, so thanks for telling me how to do my job better. I got better things to do than work for someone who doesn't appreciate it and is butthurt that he got muted for 30 minutes.
