Just wondering if i gift an item (not through wrap through payment in steam) does the person become premium?

Also if there a way to gift money to another player in steam?

A normal quote would include the post #, as well as the member # as seen below.

Not sure what the member # in quotes do, but if the post number is included, a little arrow beside "NAMEHERE said:" will appear, upon clicking it will bring you to whatever post the post # suggests.
