Approved Extra map fixes: vsh_minegay_b3 (fixed download)

Thanks to Khed for fixing some major issues with the map, but there were some minor issues that still remained that I have fixed thanks to Khed for giving me the source.

This fix's changelog:

• Raised the skybox so you can actually jump high now (For Hale and Soldiers with Mantreads).
• Fixed the stairway to the cave so you don't have to crouch to get up.
• Replaced a gap in the cobblestone platform with a small ledge.
• Extended the skybox a tad so you can actually see the perimeter fence.

That's all, it may seem very minor, but I know some soldiers get frustrated when they rocket jump just to hit the ceiling. And don't forget having to crouch to get out the tunnel, which basiclly means you're dead.

As said these are minor issues, not massively game changing, but ARE noticable depending which class you are.

If you would like to add this map, download from Khed's reply, he's made it work properly now.

I thought I fixed that problem, I'll have a look again soon. (I'll turn the link off for now)

EDIT: Did you noclip onto the skybox top? Also I will fix the skybox leak there.

It's certainly fixed for me now, although I'm pretty sure when I tested it, the error wasn't there. Perhaps I uploaded an earlier version by mistake. Should be fixed now!

I downloaded the map again and all the problems are still there plus two missing textures. (did you upload the old file accidentally?)
Anyways, I took the liberty of 'fixing your fix' and the skybox is now working properly, the cave entrace is taller and I optimized a bit the visleaves.

Thank you Khed, It was fully working on my client. I realised today it's because media fire was giving me the old link even when I pressed "copy link" on the new file. So it was just sending every one else the earlier version *facepalm*.
