Admin Experience: I have no experience in this area, but i'd love to try.

Will you get mad if you lose admin: Sure not, but i will get mad if i won't get admin :D. Kidding, its not a problem, i still can enjoy my playing on skial server even without admin rights.

Additional Information: Well, I am 18 years old, i love skial servers and skial community, and maybe the most important - i love cp_egypt. Most of all my time i am playing on skial's egypt, having fun with fellas. So it will be good for skial's administration as i will be playing on the server often and control the stability of the players comfort, so no one can disturb or anyhow decrease players enjoyment.
Also, i've played TF2 for 1,200 h, have big teamplay/tactics/trading experience. I hate cheaters, scammers, and other kinds of scum that don't let people enjoy the game.

I can vouch for Extaa. I play on that server almost every single day and not only is he a good player, but also a pretty fair and nice person. He's also on a lot, so I'm thinking he'd make a great admin. I understand, from the "admin selection process" post, that admins are selected for their presence on the server and ability to serve the players well, not "making you do work".

EDIT: And his stats are RIGHT THERE.They're written in the little image. He's not "making you do work" any way.
 
Hrm, I've played quite a few times on Egypt EU, but I haven't seen you unfortunately, so a -1 from me. I'd recommend you to post a bit on the forums so we'd get to know you.

It is incredibly poor form if an admin does not bother following the admin application format. It shows that he does not bother about the rules and does not keep them even while applying for admin. How can I know that he even bothers with the rules normally?

But he HAS given his stats; you don't even need to click it, they're right there in the image.

What are you talking about? I did read "Admin application format". And if i got you right, you talking about HLstats link,so don't worry, if i'd post the casual link, you'd still have to click it to see my stats, mate.

Crap. I was on my mom's laptop which literally has a 10 inch screen(bro was cleaning the main computer) and I have images turned off. Switched back to my desktop and I see what you mean. Sorry 'bout the outburst. You still should've posted a link through :D

Yes, but it is part of the format. Reading comprehension and following directions is taught in elementary school and we'd hope that somebody applying for admin would at the very least have progressed that far.

-1 for not following the format and then arguing that people saying he should are wrong.

"I've played quite a few times" means that I've played there quite a lot. Also, it's a 1-2 hour time zone difference between Sweden and Russia, so I don't think that's the reason. But yeah, still recommend you to hang a bit on the forums, but that's just what I think.

I do this alot, saying I don't know people. It must be annoying. But I honestly have no idea who you are, and you have not laid out your application well enough for me to get to know what kind of player you are/if you'd make a good admin. So I'll have to say -1.
EDIT: Now that I've seen Cylosis's post, I'm definatly sure I dont want you admin.....you appear to take the game way too far.
