Serious answer, it seems like the game can't figure out which model to use. Sounds like a problem with the cache. Try verifying the cache or uninstalling then reinstalling the whole game.

Well, @DavidtheTurkey was on earlier as well, and he had that too so i thought it was a "real" issue.

It would fit, simply because there is a pyro lying in your picture and the last breath is a pyro item. However it's just a guess, but the coincidence can not be denied. Hopefully that answer can help you test/sort this out somehow.

How do you know its gunna be fixed. What if the new model is the error. You recast. And even if they do fix it its gunna take a few years knowing the valve team loves to fix big problems in long amounts of time. Heck almost took them a month to fix invisible engie buildings.
