So I downloaded 7 zip and downlaoded the saxton hale skin for vsh. Because my downlaod corrupted when joining the vsh servers. While downloading the vsh files it says vsh stuff. Zip on it and everytime I try to put it in the tf folder it won't let me. So please someone refresh the steps for me.
