Oh, one other thing I forgot to add in there is that this happened two separate days, one instance was a false misuse of the system on 12/19, then a repeated misuse against two other people on the 21st.

Well, I see where you are coming from. But I am hesitant to assume abuse. Maybe he really believes he is doing the right thing. Let’s give him the benefit of the doubt for now and we can take another look if he gets out of hand.
