Declined Enable Replays

It sucks that I can't record stuff normally on I think ALL Skial servers. Why not just enable replays?

I would actually support this, but the downfalls are not too great.

Record a demo every time you get on. Make a new one every 20 minutes. Make sure to enter the date and time as the name.

Replays start as soon as you record, rather than from the beginning of a life.

No idea how to get a .dem to .avi, unless you pirate fraps and record the .dem playback.
