This is a fresh account, not even got a SteamID (The account hasn't been set up)
I do believe this was the previous cheater, zenvo, who was banned. VPN IP Switch most likely, the cheats play the EXACT same and zenvo was banned yesterday and this guy pops up, fresh account, playing the exact same as zenvo did.
