I believe they reported this guy for doing the same thing on the EU server on the map dr_bank_v2, the map DOESN'T need to be removed, as the cowmangler is the only weapon that instantly destroys the door that will close the bank, killing everyone outside of it. I'd block the cowmangler for DR. Anyways, this guy was killing almost half of the server with this exploit as seen on the demos.

Except it isn't only the Mangler. Just tested it and stock rocket launcher managed to destroy the door quickly and so does the Demoman's quickiebomb launcher. It would be best to disable all rocket launchers and sticky launchers for the map just for safe measure.
