Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
He's trying to voteban me for "spamming" when it is literally impossible for me to have been spamming as I have been gagged/muted for over 10 minutes.

e: now he is spamming votes as often as the server will let him

e: I came off my 30 minute gag, made one comment, and another guy CosmicTaco called another gag for "spamming." There was no spam. Can an admin do something about these guys please.

As a regular in the server Harry frequents, he is constantly trying to turn the server against Samien. He has either bound or types out Samien is hacking, and he spams this even when Samien isn't in the server. A quick view of his chatlog will show this votemute more than likely was deserved.

He has 3 previous bans for griefing and being a nuisance, and he won't call votes himself because he knows he's on thin ice. So he regularly spams negative things about Samien and asks people to voteban him.

Just wanted to add clarity to this, and defend the person he is accusing.

Cosmictaco wasn't spamming in the slightest. Given your behavior today https://imgur.com/a/7XdFy, it looks like you've spent the majority of the time trying to incite a riot against Samien. Claiming that his admin friend unbanned him, especially when we collectively reviewed the evidence used to ban him originally and realized it was faulty is a misunderstanding at best, and an attempt at deliberately starting a witchhunt at best.

Now to be clear so you understand exactly what is going on, If I catch you spamming "Samien is hacking" or attempting to incite another witchhunt against him while he clearly isn't, I am going to perma-silence you. This kind of behavior is 100% unacceptable, and the fact that you've spent days on end trying to get other people to voteabuse Samien because you're about to get a permasilence on your part is not going to be tolerated.

This is your last warning on this matter.

yeah fine whatever with the samien shit, but my report is against EightBall, and as of this moment he is still spamming votes. I don't know why you would mark this report "invalid."

And i wasn't accusing CosmicTaco of spamming, i was accusing him of calling vote silences for spamming when I wasn't. Doesn't matter now, he left, but I thought that was against the rules.

You literally came back after being unbanned and started spamming Samien is a cheater literally right after the ban wore off.

I am not really inclined to take action against someone if they want to vote ban someone who literally came back from a vote ban only to start spamming again.

If you look at the chatlog, I made a comment against samien at 2:07, then was gagged for 30 minutes, and when i came back at 2:40 all i said was I reported EightBall for vote spam, which is this thread. I didn't come back and say anything against samien.

EightBall is still spamming votes on the server. Could perhaps another admin address this.
