Easy to use photo editing software

I am looking to take off my badly pitted aluminum wheels to refinish them this winter and put on steel wheels for the time being on my SUV. I have numerous ones i want to see on my truck but don't want to buy it, try it on and it look like shit and have to return it.

Is there an EASY program to use, that i can select the picture online, crop it and drag it over a side view photo of my truck and place it on the wheel, to see what it would look like? Just the hubcap, not the back ground and not just crop it square.

Also depends on what he's using it for, I use gimp for video thumbnails.
