Easy to find Rules

Instead of clicking TF2 Forums/General forums to find the rules, just make a link up top. Also it's much easier for new users to find it. A drop down menu would be nice to separate server and forum rules

+0 The server rules are stickied in many sections and you can type /rules in game to bring up the rules in MOTD

There is also the search function if someone specifically wants to find the server rules after somehow missing all the stickies.

EDIT: Perhaps as a drop down in "Help" but I really don't see the need for this there are like 10 rules which pretty much revolve around not cheating or being a douche.

remove the stickies and just have it in tab. just throwing the idea out there

You see, if they can easily find they rules it would make it far less of a chance to break them. And that would give some ban-hungry admins no fun.
 
90% of the people don't know about the rules until they are banned/blocked for being stupid anyways. And those who are breaking blatantly obvious stuff already know that shit is gonna go down. Of those who do get banned/blocked..how many of them just accept it and keep going on anyways, not looking up the rules even then? No use making people work if its not going to have any effect anyways.
 
Random messages in game about /rules as well as common sense applies. If we want the rules to be easier to find, it should be as a server motd but I am sure that's been discussed
