It's possible this player is just very good, in fact, I wouldn't doubt it. There is a point though where it seems like to much. If there is cheating, I think it is a small correction hack where the player aims mainly on their own and then when they get real close it aims for them. The other cheat I suspect is just slow aimbot, which doesn't work all that well.

I don't particularly think this person is cheating, but it's possible, I just want to be on the safe side.

It looks like he got off some good flick shots. Not enough to ban on.

The spy at tick 15,000 looks like an aimbot to me. Both the way it moves onto him and the fact he actually shoots the guy in mid (at close range) registering a headshot before the movement up. Silent aimbots tend to look like this but you have to slow it down to see it.
