Refusing to capture or drop the intel when asked (multiple times), bringing it back into the enemy base. I believe he's done this twice now, but I only got it on demo this time.​

He has since been killed, but I figured I'd post this here anyways in case someone wants to do something about it, or for future reference.​

It was there the whole time. I edited the time of the incident. Though the BBcodes got messed up from editing it again, so you may have seen an empty code box before I fixed it.
