Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
Someone came on microphone spamming bad music. I know it's not muteable by an administrator, but it's allowed for the server to decide to mute them. DuARTe started a vote to "change computer count" even though there were no computers on the server. They did it again a few minutes later, and I'm sure they were doing it to prevent people from muting the person spamming the music.
