Fixes
Sticky launchers should still be disabled, as they can stop/slow the bulldozer if placed in their path.

- Fixed a crash related to the round ending in a stalemate while Hale is in the bulldozer.
- Removed various useless props
- Changed many prop_dynamic to prop_static
- Removed useless brushes
- Merged many breakables to help lower entity count
- Disabled collision on the swinging boxes so it won't be possible to mess them up
- Removed the cement mixer, along with it's brushes and associated sounds, from the second trap as it was purely decorative (It used an unnecessarily high amount of entities)
- Added textures to a few things that were missing them
