New [DR] Re-enable the Bushwacka

The Bushwacka has been disabled for a long time in DR, from what I assume has been primarily from its ability to climb walls in normal VSH. However, it leaves Sniper without one of his best weapons, which is especially harsh for him in maps with Arena as an option. Plus, the Bushwacka's ability to climb walls might not even be an attribute the weapon has anymore given how much different DR is from VSH nowadays. It would be great to have it re-enabled as a weapon.

It uses Deathrun Neu so no, it doesn't use VSH anymore.

Hell, if the Bushwacka isn't under this plugin anymore then I'd see no reason for it not to be.
