I was destroying his equipment in the safe zone of the sky box and he was talking nonsense, so I used my mic back and he started a vote mute for racism which was brainlessly passed by people spamming 1 to get rid of the vote.

Sorry to say, but since we don't know what happened over mic (not saying you said anything racist, just don't have any proof to substantiate that you didn't) we can't do anything to punish this guy.

A screenshot doesn't show us what was said over mic, so we can't be sure that his vote was baseless. In future cases, a demo recording (type record demo in the console to start one) shows us exactly what has happened and will allow us to deal with this issue accordingly.
