Its possible to glitch the sweeper so he goes no further then a part of the map, wont post a demo here but if a admin wants to view it ill share it.

But can we get a fix for this anywhere or one of the mappers fix it

I fixed the motivator so it won't get stuck and also edited the minigame a little so that players can't push each other off anymore.

would be better to have the mini game kill hale if he stands in water as all that part does is kill the red team while hale dances happy in the water alive.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that Hale is no longer ubered and I also increased the damage of the water so that when the trigger_hurt issue is fixed, he should die.
