My interactions on the server are mostly limited to casually playing the game and chatting with other members of server goers here and there. As far as what other server goers had told me, he was muted a few days ago, possibly 3, and when I saw the rename, I thought it was weird and brought it up to my friend. They mentioned how it was still a reportable offense because it is seen as bypassing the mute.
