So, I wanna know if it is possible to change a graphics card on a laptop. I run a Toshiba Satellite and I wanna switch out this ATI Radeon 3100 for something with a bit more... power. I need a bit more memory on it and stuff, thanks. Also, I already know that fitting it in there is a problem, so don't say that, say something other than that

The thing with Laptops is that it's annoyingly hard to install them, the only Graphics Cards I know for Laptops are GeForce M's. You'd probably want a GTX 570M

You normally can't replace the GPU on a laptop. It's integrated into the motherboard on most consumer-level laptops. Only enthusiast-level laptops might give you the option to change the card.

It is a pain in the ass to change one. Worst part is with Laptops though, the crap just doesn't fit inside em. Agreeing with them ^^^, Not much of a market either. Buy a good ole desktop is an even better option! :D
