Declined Donator effects not able to be put on hat.

Not sure if this belongs here, but the triclops hat (smnc promo hat for pyro) is not recognized by the sourcemod that allows us to put donator hat effects on it. Could that be fixed?

I know the Battle Bob had the same issue when it came out.
