Went completely out of TF2, reconnected, and still the same.

When I try to use the !taunt it says "please donate to use this command"

What did you pay with? If PayPal, double check that A. The money has left your account and B. The transaction shows completed in your history.

If not then wait 24 hours and donate again and make sure you complete all confirmations.

It probably has to do with the latest change with the AP benefits being transfered to the store

He did donate. I just tried using !taunt myself and it doesn't work.
