Dishonored or Assasins Creed III

So my birthday is coming up in a bit, and im wondering what I should get out of these two. Ive played the whole AC series, and Revelations was disappointing, though number 3 looks like a great improvement. Dishonored looks interesting, and enables you to innovate through the game.

Im stuck between these two and I dont want to decide myself.

brink looked fucking awesome, and it was a bethesda game, but when it came out...

worst 60$ spent i tell you what.
