Due to the amount of players who join a skial server, go friendly, get killed, complain, and then get banned for a day, I think that a disclaimer stating that being friendly is against the rules. At the very least, consider putting this on the 2fot, hightower, and harvest servers.

Its in the rules. The server already has pop ups telling you to read the rules. If you don't, thats on you

People clearly don't look at that. This should be a simple fix to impliment and would cut down the amount of friendlies that join skial servers, not to mention the amount of people who get kicked for killing friendlies because people don't read the rules. There is no reason not to put it in.

Thats their fault, not ours. If they won't read it, its on them whatever happens to them.

It probably wouldn't.

There is no reason not to put it in.
If it has very little to no effect, why do it at all?

True, I can't argue against this.

It probably wouldn't.
A disclaimer put right in your face that friendlies are not allowed on skial servers would probably deter a few more people then you think.

It's an easy way to make sure people don't get banned for being friendly. If it is easy (I think) to impliment, why not do it?

Who cares if friendlies get banned, they wont read the rules anyways because most all say we dont care when I tell them being friendly is against the rules. Bottom line friendlies dont care about the rules.

Don't fucking put a warning in EVERYONES face just because a small group of absolute fucking retards won't follow rules.

Use your head. Don't punish the strong for the benefit of the weak.

I already have ads shoved in my face each time I die, so I don't think it's that much of a difference to have a disclaimer.

Ads? I think you need to have your computer looked at. Skial doesn't have ads in game.

Oh ok then I have adware
Or I have confirmed my hypothesis that I am indeed an imbecile, and I was playing on a different community server.

What's the ad for? You said it shows after each time you die. Maybe it's an ad for paid TF2 coaching.

This is actually false, while ads appearing everytime you die is an exaggeration, they do tend to pop up from time to time after death. You probably don't get them ever since you have donator status

Do they? I only remember them ever appearing when I initially would connec to a server. I let my donator lapse a couple months ago and never saw much beyond that for the little time I wasn't a donator.

so has this been declined? or is it still possible to get it approved?
It's already common knowledge that hacking isn't allowed on multiplayer games and people do them anyways. I doubt putting it on their screen every 5 seconds will suddenly make them think they shouldn't break the rules. If they wanna break it, they're gonna break it. I've seen friendlies come back to friendly again after previously being banned for it. Most just don't give a fuck and do it regardless.

Already a system like this in place. If you're griefing your team by being friendly, you will be removed from the server and presented with a disclaimer that being friendly is against the rules. 24+ hours for slow readers.
