New disable saxton hale charge at the beginning of the round

i found out you can use saxton hale charge ability before the round even begins in vsh, i would like to have it disabled until the round starts because ive seen people use this to get ahead of everyone else before the round even begins and they end up in the frontlines way faster making an unfair advantage

just make it so the charge cant be used until the countdown finishes, and this is only for the saxton hale boss because only he can charge
