Approved Disable killbinding as hale on deathrun

The recent plugin has enabled Hale to killbind once again which leads to Hales killbinding as soon as they start losing or at the start of the round which isnt very fair for the runners as it wastes time or stops the runners from playing the mini games at the end

Their New plugin doesnt work for DR EU. Almost every round the hale killbinds as soon as the round begins
