Approved Disable crits on MGE

Point of mge is to 1v1 and to show skill and random crits completely defeat the purpose.
 
I haven't visited MGE yet but 1v1s are skill based fights, there's no skill in getting a random crit. +1

I've never started an MGE server before, and crits are enabled by default. You have to go out of your way to disable crits. Apparently the plugin doesn't disable them.
