Knowing Blizzard's track record for releasing games, you'll be about 80 when Diablo 3 releases, and thus probably not have a social life anyway.

But in all seriousness since they called Blizzcon off it more than likely will be out by the end of the year.

But then again this is Blizzard we speak of, so who the hell can predict?

Exactly lol

They announced last week some major overhaul changes to the game. That'll add several months

But ya know what, despite Blizzards tendency to take 15 years making games, atleast unlike most companies these days the product is actually finished before they pump it out. It surprises me they are in cahoots with Activision because that company has a tendency to release unfinished games. But then again im sure Blizz only consented to the merger on their terms. We know Diablo 3 will be really good upon release tho so this is a good thing.

Yeah, activision doesn't really get a lot of say in such matters.

Tis true, the years of waiting make the perfect product that emerges from the Blizzard womb all the sweeter.

Blizzard is a lot like Valve. Both take their time to release quality games...Blizzard also uses "Valve Time" lol

Except that Valve stopped making games and now just makes virtual hats.
