I'd like to add to this, "Mishaa" [U:1:909277941] may have done the same thing, join the server and immediately went friendly. They were in the first screen (tunnel):

I was watching them for awhile and on the scoreboard and realized they have also been friendly for a long time:

The person next to them is "the spy from tf2 ;D" [U:1:1183469028], I believe they were present when Anne made an announcement saying that friendlies are banned. I think they started being friendly after they saw the other two. As of me taking a couple minutes writing this report, they seem to still be friendlying.
