If you want to be an Admin, I'm going to give you some advice.
Being an Admin goes past just banning people who break the rules. If you become an Admin, you're now a direct representative of the Skial community. You're looked upon as one who can not only enforce rules, but enforce them fairly and be an aid to people who need help on occasion.
You have to be confident in your decisions because your bans are your own and other admins don't often deal with them unless you royally fucked up. They tend to let people sort out their own business.
You also have to have a breadth of knowledge of the rules in and out.
I would suggest just OBSERVING the bans and reports section to see how things are handled. Your app reminds me somewhat of Da_Jinks' first app, and he learned a lot about things over time and he eventually started looking more and more like a person who could handle an admin position. If you're denied for now, don't get discouraged, people are harshly criticizing you because they want admins to represent the community well. Take it as backhanded advice and improve on everything that seems to be an issue with people here. Get some more experience in, and start paying attention on servers you frequent and report rulebreakers. People like to see that you care about your environment and a lot of good effective reports will reflect that.

You cant have racist stuff might as well make a alt to stash it, but still its just in bad taste. Hypothetical: You made admin and in a server where someone is reported for racism you go in. You play heavy have boat the clan pride and your fist equipped how can you ban someone for breaking a rule you yourself have broken. It will send a bad image cause you represent skial, in which people will think either skial is a bad community for having a admin that's breaks the rules or they can do it to since you can do it. So for now -1
I am I have had the fists stashed away for a while until I can come up with a better name and the badge will go there too until I can come up with something put on it.

This whole thing reminds me of Augar, someone who never says anything racist in chat yet had a swastika clan pride and several racist named items and is clearly headcase. Then you use the excuse of "swastikas were good before Nazism". True but as Zebra pointed out you have a Nazi swastika not a Hindu swastika, and pretty much everyone knows the difference. On top of already showing racism with the nametag on fists, I'm sure you knew the difference.

I agree things are not looking good. Just ask for a lock, there's no recovery from this. cause the swastika, even if you wipe it (which im surprised you have not wiped it yet) is draging this thread through mud. the fists are just a added bonus

think im just gonna go ahead and -1 this, mostly based on
1) very covered timezone, wont exempt you from admin, but it will probably put you on a wait list if you are marked considered
2) pretty low playtime, most admin apps had a lot more
3) you seem to excessively bump this thread by making a 2nd or 3rd response in a row, there is an EDIT button for a reason, just seems like your trying to keep it in recent threads, we know its here, bumping it like that makes you look desperate for admin (no offence intended)
4)you got the ban question wrong multiple times (though it looks right now)
5) caught in a couple lies now in this thread, thats not drama that we need from community representatives
EDIT: 6) just saw those fists, they have obviously been used quite a bit, lucky it hasnt been reported before now, pretty sure bans have been passed out for weapon names like that in the past
