1) Dr. Ruelel is not allowed to participate. If he enters it and wins he won't get the items. Instead they will be reraffled.
2) Everyone else is fair game. You must be in Skial to get your potential winnings. Non Skial Members are not allowed to participate.
3) Don't argue in this thread if you do and participate you may be excluded.

It says it in the tf2r rules that if you use an alt account they will ban you. Sorry to hear.
You should have used a way around that but as I said to Toxik earlier only 1 entry per person to make the shots even.

This happened a while ago, they've since unbanned me. It also didn't help that my brother used tf2r (we shared IPs) so they thought I was using 3 accounts.
