Need Help Degroot is borked.

Reds do not block the cap on degroot anymore.. by design or bug, I don't know, but it makes the game boring as you spend a larger % of your time in warm up now.
Can this be looked into.

I didn't change anything to degroot and I don't know of any plugins that could do that.

Seems like a weird change but I wouldn't be surprised if they did

Just went and checked it again, and yeah definitely can't block the cap.
I'll have a read through change logs on updates and see if anything tallies.

The only connection I can make is that the server was used for halloween event, but can't see any reason this would affect it.

I feel like this would be happening on all CP servers if it was a Valve thing. Since CP isn't anything new, and Degroot didn't change it. (i think)

Could someone test if this is happening on non-Skial Degroot servers? I cannot since I'll be in class all day.
