Declined Dedicated Spectator and Commentary Slots

Dear Skial,

My name is The Ferret, I am also known as TF2PublicFerret. Every now and again I do a commentary on one of your servers and upload the video with commentary to Youtube. There is one problem that does prick at my conscience and that is that I do take up a slot on the server, this can cause uneven teams which can cause undue game loss.

I was hoping that you guys could possibly create a couple of dedicated spectator slots so that I and possibly a friend could commentate on your servers without this problem happening.

Isn't it against the rules to sit in spectator and not help your team anyways?

Source TV was made for this purpose unfortunately it has a severe memory leak that Valve is aware of and refuses to fix.
