New Decrease player amount on tf2ware from 100 to 60 players

100 players is too much and 60 players is good amount with less lag

When will you do the same to the "Parkour Deathrun" server and just simply change it to a "Parkour Deathrun maps included" that also aren't modified like the parkour server is... that'd be like, so much more awesome sauce I thinks.
