New [Deathrun] Re-Add dr_facility

I don't understand why this map was removed as it was quite popular on both servers, people also seemed to like it, maybe it was removed due to technical issues but i don't remember any glitchs that could broke the map.

I'm all for this map being re-added, though the edicts need to be lowered by a bunch for it to be playable on skial again

It would only be added back if the amount of networked entities are reduced.

it's a classic but there are some broken entities, etc, some glitches that may have helped with this process

no point in even +1ing anymore, now that server has 42 players so much as loading the map would crash the server, if it needed its edicts reduced before now it needs double that.
