Approved Death Run- Ban BASE Jumper

People use it to bypass pit traps, for example the collapsing bridges in Wintervalley, and since similar "exploity" weps like soda popper and force-a-nature are banned, I thought this should join the ban list for DR.

I've had to deal with some people in the past exploiting it to bypass a large portion of the map and to get into hale's area on some maps
