I'm confused about this evidence tag, please advise?

I haven't checked the demo, but I would advise using a recording program when reporting something on voice. Sometimes the voice chat corrupts in the demo and deletes the voices entirely, replacing it with gibberish. It especially happens from my exp when it's someone else's demo. Perhaps that's why it's marked.
