Isnt DayZ an ARMA 2 mod? IIRC, DayZ needs ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead, and the f2p ARMA 2.

Ah. Well anywho, it still needs ARMA 2: OA and even then its not the official mod (I think rocket said that he'd never bring DayZ into ARMA 3 when ARMA 3 came out; he said that it was up to the community -- if they wanted it, they would get it.)
