Everything was fine until Darp joined and immediately started shit with me. Muted him by using client mute apparently I was talking over him but I couldn't hear because he was muted. Told him to client mute me many times but just would not listen. Also kept talking over me a little after he joined to piss me off on purpose.

From what I just heard, he is apparently threatening others with vote mute if they don't listen to him.
 
Um, no. Darp sent me here to tell you all his side of this story. He said you were complaining about some spammer. He votemuted you because he felt you were annoying a lot of people. He says that everyone thanked him that he did that afterwards. Then, an admin came online. I believe Ozzeh was the admin. Anyway, he then muted Darp for a day (Darp said that he got muted because of "vote abuse") , and unmuted you. He then told me you would suck the admin's balls to get out of trouble. And Renegade, I have to tell ya one thing. At least a solid 80% of the TF2 community dosen't know what the mute button is.

Darp can make his own appeal and speak for himself.
 
His fourm account is Darp ;3. Also I rember he was muted so many times because he was just trying to be funny or make people laugh. As I have said before 80% of the TF2 community dosen't know what the mute button is...
 
Neither of his two accounts are banned, he's never confirmed the email addresses.
 
Darp did the same thing in-game. He had his friend say his part of the story over half an hour after he got muted. I kept telling him that complaining about his mute in-game is not going to do anything. I kept telling him to make an appeal.
