You need a demo file / video recording for hacking reports. A screenshot is a static image and won't show any of the context you have described. It is likely connection/network related that it appeared the way you described. Recommend you remove the bars display for ping and enable actual numerical values in advanced options. Also, kill cam isn't instantaneous, the player can move in the time frame of the zoom to appear behind the wall.

It is possible a backtrack hack was used, but you need some extensive evidence to prove that, like a demo. And a record of what his ping was.

I have restored the original content and locked it inside a code that only server admins can see so we have reports for the future in case this crops up again.
