This guy kept griefing his team's snipers even after asked to stop. I was only able to record a couple of mins of him doing it.

I was on this server at the time... After you said you were going to report him for griefing I started spectating him and didn't see him doing anything wrong.

Gonna take a look at the demo.

I think it's pretty obvious that he's intentionally blocking the sniper's view with his flames.
