I actively help any user that requests it. I allow would allow all users a fair "trial" if one user had brought up a complaint. I know how to deal with inappropriate actions accurately. I'm not super strict but I will react with justified reactions to any troublemaker. Also, my screen name doesn't reflect how I act.
