Custom Sound Errors Mainly On Skial Servers

Why are my custom sounds irritating error sounds only on Skial servers?
It's like a really annoying low hiss buzz whenever I'm attempting to use a custom sound on Skial servers. It's also happened where it makes very loud and obnoxious buzzes, and I just can't play Skial anymore with how irritating this is. Can you please look in to fixing it?

I never heard anyone complain about this, and I am not sure how we would go about fixing it.

I have in the past, some mods won't work on certain servers. Though it seems to vary by map oddly enough, as they would work on some maps on rotation.

Also, they're sounds that play when you're capping the point. I can't play without it anymore. o_o

For me it's completely random. I used to have a degreaser train sound effect and one day on Skial it just decided to play a sound that sounded like a garbage truck compacting trash.

Did you try redownloading the sounds and overwriting the previous ones? Do the servers have sv_pure set to 0?

This was my question. When sv_pure is messed up, some weird stuff happens. This is a random thing though, it only happens at random times.
I don't really know about this anymore. I think it's just some weird magic caused by TF2.

Arguable. With the cap point awareness, I can hear if people are on the point and if it's contested or not. It's pretty useful.

Or you could just look at the bottom of the screen

Situation awareness on-the-fly without having to avert my eyes. What if a spy was right behind me and I was busy looking at the bottom of my screen? x3
Anyways, I just like cool sounds. Having that Solid Snake music when I'm capping a point is perfect. :D
