No way you just crashed once to get a cool down. I don't know how CS:Gos work but I can understand that theirs no way you got that from one crash. And why say the games bad when your PC apparently cant run it. It's not Valves problem, its yours.

Either you're a repeat offender or you did something in the last cool-down that got you a week ban. History also stacks up, according to one user, he was gone for three weeks because his VPN kept crashing and causing him to lose connection.

I'll be damned if I have to wait 10 minutes for three or more times just because someone is running the game on a computer that clearly can't handle it. The matches are long enough without that.

Right, no. 4 levels to get a week long cooldown, I was at level 1 from previous bits of being bad (had been using family's main computer and kept getting kicked off while in games, not doing that anymore and learned my lesson). Currently got the finals 3 from...

2 = Update causing the servers to go to heck, a friend I was in game with said half the server all disconnected at once with 500 ping.
3 = Same thing, without the update and only effecting 3 people (servers fixed in a later update).
4 = Accidentally hit the airplane mode button on my computer, alt tabbed to see what was wrong, when I got back to the main menu I couldn't click on reconnect due to a bug.

We aren't all evil honest :(
