Crosshair -Help

So I When to TF2 And Play a server with Dave so i Remember i have this Corsshair 4
So when i Open Options And sends back to Defult

My Crosshair 4 was Still Showing and i Even Apply & Click Ok But was Still Showing the Same Crosshair so i went back and See if i Messed it up and It was Defult and Did't Change

It's there a way for me To Fix this.

That program can do that. It'll reset all to default or only some and you can make your own.
