As per the summary, he made his false verbal statement re: ownership of the US2 server. "I own this server!" while verbally chatting with other players.

I don't understand what the issue here is. Obviously, he does not own the server and didn't make any threats to act in an admin capacity. From the way he said it, it's basically like when someone says "I own this game" when they're doing well.

Do you have something against this player? There are no rules being broken here.

Hi thanks for reviewing this file. No I have not anything personal against this player/person. I put in this report for the purpose of whether this individual crossed the boundary as to his claim for clarification, that is all.
